Your item(s) will be shipped in either poly mailing envelopes or small boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please let me know as soon as possible after receiving your package if there is a problem.
Items will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return for a refund. Please contact me prior to sending the item back. Items must be returned unused with original packaging and postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be granted when item has been received. Unfortunately, there will be NO returns/refunds on custom items unless they are damaged in shipping.
